The Cartoon Club sprung up on a chance meeting as some visitors to the Coffee Cafe in the town of Fairport chanced to meet a magical creature. This being, who shall not be named, recommended that what was necessary, immediately, was to begin a place for cartoonists.  Immediately, the visitors got the idea of a Cartoon Club.  However, none of their other friends would know about it.  They had to get the information out.  Hence cartoonclub.info was born.
